BR Commercial (Bhaskar Reddy)

Located in Bengaluru, this G+5 commercial building is conceived as a contemporary urban frontage defined by transparency, visibility, and strong commercial presence. Designed on a north-oriented site, the project prioritizes retail exposure, user engagement, and street-level activation, where architecture functions as both built form and advertisement.

The design is defined by a frame-based facade, where a repetitive structural grid organizes large glazed panels to create rhythm, identity, and maximum commercial visibility. Glass, concrete, and plaster form a minimal material palette, while the reflective facade strengthens visual connection, daylight, and urban presence.

Spatially, the project emphasizes open and flexible commercial spaces, clear circulation, and strong indoor–outdoor continuity. Landscape integration, natural light, and passive shading support user comfort, positioning the project as a balance of commercial function, visibility, and environmental response.
