Timeless Transformation

Set on a 50’ × 53’ south-east facing site, the project reimagines an existing residence through renovation and vertical expansion, shaping it into a G+2 home. The design integrates old and new into a unified contemporary composition, organized through layered planning that clearly separates private, social, and work zones for a family of six.

The spatial experience is open and fluid, with interconnected living areas extending into a deck and landscaped garden. Terraces function as active extensions of the interiors, while controlled openings and shaded edges respond to the climate, enabling cross ventilation and reducing heat gain.

Defined by clean lines and a restrained material palette, the architecture balances built form with open space. A strong indoor–outdoor relationship anchors the design, where landscaped edges, usable terraces, and transitional spaces create a calm, cohesive, and functionally efficient living environment.
